Accessibility
We are committed to creating a conference space that is welcoming and accessible to all. If you have accessibility needs, please let us know as soon as possible, and no later than February 1, 2026, so we can make the necessary arrangements. You can share requests when you register or by emailing [contact email].
For Presenters
Please design your sessions with accessibility in mind. This includes:
Using high-contrast colors and clear fonts on slides (avoid red/green combinations; yellow text on white backgrounds).
Providing captions or transcripts for any videos.
Describing key visual elements aloud for participants who may be blind or low-vision.
Speaking clearly and at a moderate pace, and using microphones where available.
Making handouts available in advance, and in accessible formats (Word, accessible PDF).
Together, we can ensure that everyone has equitable access to the rich conversations and ideas shared at the conference.
